These programs usually last one to four weeks and provide a unique opportunity for students to immerse themselves in global learning, combining academic rigor with cultural exploration.
When can I run a faculty-led trip?
You can run a trip whenever you wish. We run programs throughout the year with popular times during the summer session, spring break, and fall.
How do I promote my study abroad program?
Promoting your program is key to signing up enough students for the trip. The best ways to promote a study abroad program are through presentations, events, fairs, and spreading the word as much as possible. Also, use attractive posters and flyers from your third-party provider as well as videos and testimonials from previous participants.
How many students can go?
We have a minimum of 6 students per trip up to 30 and beyond (we’d divide the group in this case). If you have a group size in mind, just let us know.
How long does it take to plan a study abroad program?
It can take up to and over a year to plan a successful study abroad program, We can help with this process by arranging everything on your trip, including logistics for accommodation, transport, activities, etc.
How long do trips last?
We can run trips for as many days as you want. In the past we have run trips from 4 days to 4 weeks. This all depends on your schedule.
