Discover one of the continent’s most vibrant and absorbing cities, Buenos Aires, through its enchanting arts and rich culture scene.

Students will learn the impact of art on communities with a memorable graffiti workshop before they develop their own Fileteado-style masterpiece under the guidance of local artists.

Each participant will gain a greater understanding of sustainable communities and take part in an innovative and impactful art recycling project.

Example Itinerary

Day 1: Arrivals & walking tour in San Telmo

Our dedicated team of tour guides will meet you at the arrivals section of the airport and take you directly to your hotel near Puerto Madero for check in.

After a quick rest, you will explore one of the most emblematic areas of Buenos Aires, San Telmo on a walking tour. After an evening meal, we introduce the goals of the program, offer safety advice and start our unique Jaguar Project. We stay overnight in a hotel near Puerto Madero

Day 2: Delve into art & culture with museum visits

Today’s adventure is dedicated to exploring the rich cultural tapestry of Buenos Aires. First, we visit the National Museum of Fine Arts, a treasure trove of art spanning centuries and continents. The journey continues to the Malba, a prominent museum showcasing Latin American art, where we will discover the vibrant and diverse expressions of the region’s artists.

In the evening, we continue to savor the local cuisine with dinner at a carefully selected sustainable restaurant. We stay overnight in a hotel near Puerto Madero.

Day 3: Graffiti tour & cultural immersion

Today promises an immersive cultural experience as we delve into the vibrant Mujica neighborhood, also known as Villa 31 – similar to the Brazilian favelas-, to gain a deeper understanding of local life and its unique dynamics.

In the afternoon, we participate in a captivating graffiti workshop led by experts who will guide us through the creative process and provide an in-depth explanation of the origins and significance of the graffiti movement in Buenos Aires.

We stay overnight in a hotel near Puerto Madero.

Day 4: Fostering sustainable communities

We head to Merlo, a picturesque town in the province of Buenos Aires, to embark on a meaningful community engagement project. Under the guidance of a licensed Fine Arts professional, we will work side by side with local residents to refurbish and beautify a wall, creating a lasting and positive impact on the community.

Enjoy an evening meal before an overnight stay in our hotel near Puerto Madero.

Day 5: Expert-led Fileteado Porteño art class

This morning students join a youthful impactful project that is helping to solve the plastic waste problem in Buenos Aires. This local project uses design processes and manufacture machines to transform waste into useful objects, durable and with great added design value.

After, we enjoy a Fileteado Painting Class with a professional artist. Students will have the opportunity to create their very own Fileteado Porteño masterpiece! We enjoy our last meal in Buenos Aires and an overnight stay in a hotel near Puerto Madero.

Day 6: Departures

Students will have time to visit nearby shops to purchase hand-made gifts for friends and family. We enjoy our last session working on our Jaguar Project Challenge before transporting the group to the airport in plenty of time for the flight home.
