Experience Bolivia's Salt Flats

Experience Bolivia's Salt Flats

Explore one of the world’s most remarkable natural wonders on our Bolivia Geography trip. Students will journey along these prehistoric lakes that now form the world’s largest salt flats. Alongside local guides, students will learn the science behind the salt flats formation and how its minerals are used in our day-to-day lives.

Tackle Peru's Lares Trek

Tackle Peru's Lares Trek

Students will trace ancient Inca civilizations and enjoy some of the continent’s finest views with a multi-day hike in Peru’s Sacred Valley. This Lares trek forms part of a Geography trip that allows students to trek at a high altitude, camp underneath towering Andean peaks, and eventually reach the epic Machu Picchu.

Discover Colombia's ancient Lost City

Students joining our Caribbean Geography trip in Colombia will experience one of the continent’s most adventurous treks. The Lost City trek will take students through the highest coastal mountain range in the world. They’ll immerse themselves in local indigenous culture, learn traditions dating back to the 7th century and reach a spellbinding Lost City. We also include workshops led by the country’s leading archaeologists and native community leaders.

Trek Colombia's epic Andes

One of our Geography trips to Colombia takes students to Los Nevados - a national park boasting glacial peaks, volcanoes, and valleys of towering wax palm trees. Students will discover unique high-altitude ecosystems like the páramos - a tropical tundra only existing in these types of Andean mountains. Students will also tour an award-winning reforestation and conservation project that is working to protect native tropical forest.

Journey to Patagonia in Argentina

Journey to Patagonia in Chile

Our Chile Geography trip takes in the “ruta de los parques” - a scenic route that extends over 2,700 kilometers. Students will take part in a native forest reforestation project that has led to the restoration of nearly 400 acres of forest with 23 native species. They’ll hike a wide range of trails boasting awe-inspiring views of snow-capped peaks and meandering lakes in the Pumalín Douglas Tompkins National Park.

Safety is our main priority and those traveling with us on our Geography trips can rest assured that we adhere to strict safety procedures. Our measures include offering full and up-to-date risk assessments, CRISIS and emergency protocols, and pre-trip guide training. Our guides all carry first-aid certificates and full mountain safety training for various treks.
