Getting to know Ecuador

There is no better way to explore a new culture than through its food. Today, we join traditional chefs from Quito, Ecuador, for a fun and interactive cooking class. Students will make their own Andean dish alongside chefs, learning Ecuadorian cooking methods and how it connects to the history of the region.

International Education Week is an annual event celebrating and raising awareness about the benefits of international education. The event usually takes place during November and is promoted by the US Department of State and the Department of Education. The main goals of IEW are to: Promote global awareness, encourage study abroad, enhance international partnerships, celebrate diversity, and highlight educational opportunities.
