This depends on your curriculum. We tailor itineraries and business visits to your needs. On every business studies trip, we guarantee real-world exposure to business environments. Which businesses or industries should we visit?
Before the trip, we will present you with a diverse range of businesses and industries relevant to your curriculum. These could include social enterprises, B corporations, marketing agencies, startups, retail stores, technology companies, and many more.
How many students can participate in the trip?
We accept groups of a minimum of 6 students and can organize groups as large as needed for your educational institution.

What are the accommodation arrangements?
We offer a variety of accommodation types including hotels, hostels, eco-lodges and guesthouses.
How will we be transported?
We arrange all the transportation during your trip. We include private bus transportation with reputable local providers. We will also include, where necessary, trips on public transportation especially if it ties into a city’s green design.
What safety measures and risk assessments will be undertaken?
Safety is our number one priority. We provide a thorough and up-to-date risk assessment to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate safety measures. We also work with experienced, vetted, and responsible providers throughout the trip. Our tour leaders all carry first-aid certificates and have undergone CRISIS training.
What cultural activities will be included in the business studies trip?
On every tour, we include memorable cultural activities. In Colombia, students can dance salsa and learn how to become an expert barista. Other activities can include making tortillas in Mexico, a ceramics workshop in Peru, and cooking class in Bolivia.
How can we evaluate the impact of the business studies trip on the students' learning?
Before the trip, we will discuss and agree on the learning objectives with you. We then deliver a detailed impact report at the end of the trip that demonstrates your students’ learning.
Will you address medical or dietary considerations for individual students?
Yes – we address all these needs during the build-up to the trip. We will send you simple forms to complete for the visiting group.
What kind of travel insurance is provided for students?
We offer health insurance on most of our business studies trips. Students will need to acquire travel insurance and can do so with World Nomads.

Yes, we have extensive contacts within Latin America and can arrange for expert speakers, workshops, and seminars for your students. Examples of industry professionals include business leaders, social entrepreneurs, government officials, think tanks, and many more.
Are there any specific dress codes or etiquette guidelines for visiting businesses?
Depending on the country you are visiting and the business we work with there may be a specific dress code. We will let you know ahead of time what this will be to prepare your students.
