This fully immersive language trip to Córdoba will give students the chance to interact with ultra-friendly youths while they test their creative, musical and sporting skills!

During this educational trip, the group will explore the spectacular Old Town of Córdoba and its museums, take part in mural workshops, hike in a spectacular natural reserve and live the life of a traditional Argentine Gaucho.

Example Itinerary

Day 1: Arrivals (Córdoba)

Touch down in Córdoba, the dynamic heart of Argentina! Your tour leaders will pick you up from the airport by private transfer and you’ll head straight to your hotel. Students will be introduced to Kagumu’s unique methodology and of course learn how they will propel their Spanish skills over the next 7 days.

Day 2: Historial tour & museum challenge (Córdoba)

Students enjoy their first Argentine breakfast before heading into the streets for a walking tour of the Historic Center, exploring the stunning UNESCO-listed Jesuit Block and soaking up the contrast between rich Spanish colonial history and Córdoba’s famous university vibe. Afterwards, the group visits the Emilio Caraffa Provincial Museum of Fine Arts and completes our unique interactive Kagumu Museum Challenge.

Day 3: Cultural exchange with local students & mural workshop (Córdoba)

Get ready for a day of genuine connection and giving back! The morning is packed with cultural immersion as students participate in the school’s daily flag ceremony, followed by interactive sports and dance activities with locals. After lunch, students take part in a mural creation workshop alongside local students. This is a a great chance to practice new Spanish skills and create a memorable piece of art.

Day 4: Live the Gaucho lifestyle (Córdoba)

After breakfast, students escape the city to the majestic Cordoba Sierras. Here the group will spend a full day immersed in Argentine ranch life, where a local Gaucho family welcomes you into their home. Enjoy an unforgettable equestrian excursion through the high trails followed by an optional horseback riding activity.

Day 5: Protecting natural areas & biodiversity (Córdoba)

After breakfast, students will hike under the guidance of park rangers to begin a series of impactful environmental activities. Divided into groups, students will assist with tasks such as seed collection, removing exotic plants, reforesting areas, and cleaning the river. All helping with the preservation of the environment and biodiversity.

Day 6: Hike in natural reserve to beautiful waterfall (Córdoba)

Students will take an authentic local bus ride directly to a breathtaking Natural Reserve. The day is centered around an invigorating trekking excursion where the trail is the adventure itself: be prepared to cross rivers and climb over rocks as we make our way toward a spectacular, hidden waterfall. We end with a unique reflection surrounded by unique flora and fauna.

Day 7: Departures

Our dedicated team takes the group to the international airport in plenty of time for their flight back home.
