Example Itinerary

Day 1: Arrivals & walking tour in San Telmo

Our dedicated team of tour guides will meet you at the arrivals section of the airport and take you directly to your hotel near Puerto Madero for check-in.

After a quick rest, you will walk around San Telmo, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. After an evening meal, we’ll introduce the goals of the program, offer safety advice, and start our unique Jaguar Project.

Day 2: Delve into arts & culture with museum visits

Today’s adventure is focused on exploring the rich cultural tapestry of Buenos Aires. First, we’ll visit the National Museum of Fine Arts, a treasure trove of priceless pieces spanning centuries and continents. The journey continues to the Malba, a prominent museum showcasing Latin American art, where we will discover the vibrant and diverse expressions of the region’s artists.

In the evening, we’ll continue to savor the local cuisine with dinner at a carefully selected, sustainable restaurant. We’ll stay overnight in a hotel near Puerto Madero.

Day 3: Graffiti tour & cultural immersion

Today offers an immersive cultural experience as we explore the vibrant Mugica neighborhood, also known as Villa 31. Similar to Brazil’s favelas, this area provides a unique opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of local life and its distinctive dynamics.

In the afternoon, we’ll participate in a captivating graffiti workshop. Experts will guide us through the creative process and provide an in-depth explanation of the origins and significance of Buenos Aires’ graffiti movement.

Day 4: Fostering sustainable communities

We head to Merlo, a picturesque town in the province of Buenos Aires, to embark on a meaningful community engagement project. Under the guidance of a licensed fine arts professional, we’ll work alongside locals to refurbish and decorate a wall, creating a lasting and positive impact on the community.

We’ll eat an evening meal before an overnight stay in our hotel near Puerto Madero.

Day 5: Expert-led Fileteado Porteño art class

This morning students join a youthful and impactful project that is helping to solve the plastic waste problem in Buenos Aires. This local initiative uses design processes and manufacturing machinery to transform waste into useful, durable, and stylish objects.

Afterward, we’ll enjoy a painting class with a professional artist, giving students the opportunity to create their very own Fileteado Porteño masterpiece! We’ll then have our last meal in Buenos Aires and a special tango class and show.

Day 6: Departures

Students will have time to visit nearby shops to purchase handmade gifts for friends and family. We’ll have one final session working on our Jaguar Project challenge before transporting the group to the airport in plenty of time for the flight home.
