Example Itinerary

Day 1: Arrivals & introduction to the program

Private airport transfer. Hotel check-in. Intro to the program and welcome dinner at one of the city’s favorite social-impact restaurants.

Day 2: Award-winning urban development

City transformation tour in a vibrant community. Visit the Memory Museum, traveling along the city’s famed transformative metro and cable car system. Evening salsa show and urban dance class.

Day 3: Social entrepreneurship in Medellin

We visit the city’s hub of local and foreign business as students meet pioneering social entrepreneurs. Through interactive workshops and business visits, students learn first-hand how successful businesses work to a triple-bottom-line.

Day 4: Impactful start ups in Medellin

Visit Impact Hub – students hear from local and foreign social enterprises that are working towards the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Evening cooking class with a local foundation.

Day 5: B Corporation - Coffee company visit

Visit a socially and environmentally responsible coffee company, learning the process from bean to cup. Evening entertainment playing the explosive sport – tejo.

Day 6: Day trip to Guatapé

Day trip to Guatapé – a town that wows visitors with its quaint streets, decorated with colorful and beautiful artwork before students ascend an otherworldly rock with barely believable views.

Day 7: Shaping future business leaders

Visit one of Medellin’s finest universities, discovering how local students are developing ideas to create impactful social enterprises. Farewell dinner in Medellin.

Day 8: Departures

Private airport transfer.
